💡 1. Eligible Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
- The product is significantly different from what you ordered.
Please provide your order number, photos, or videos when contacting us.
📦 2. Product Condition
For an eligible return, the product should be:
- In its original condition.
- Unused and not improperly installed.
- Complete with its original accessories and packaging where possible.
Returns may not be accepted if the product was damaged through incorrect installation, misuse, modification, physical damage, unsuitable voltage, or negligence.
🛠️ 3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your LED product arrives damaged or develops a confirmed manufacturing defect, AST may provide:

- 🛠️ Repair, where applicable
- 💰 Refund, where appropriate
We may inspect or test the product before approving the final resolution.
🚫 4. Change of Mind
Returns because of change of mind, incorrect wattage, size, color temperature, quantity, or product selection are subject to AST approval.
Opened, installed, or used electrical products may not qualify for change-of-mind returns.
Please check the product specifications carefully before ordering.
💰 5. Refunds
Once an eligible return has been approved, the refund will normally be processed through the original payment method where possible.
For Cash on Delivery orders, AST may request suitable bank/account information to process an approved refund.
Refund processing time can vary depending on the payment method or bank.
🚚 6. Return Shipping
If AST sends you the wrong product or the product is confirmed defective/damaged, AST may cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs.
For customer-requested returns or approved change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
